Bonnington Walk Planning Consent Granted
CSJ Planning have gained full planning consent for a major housing scheme in Lockleaze, Bristol on behalf of Bristol City Council Housing Delivery Team.
Bonnington Walk comprises 185 dwellings, up to 50% of which will be affordable, associated Public Open Space, an enhanced Site of Nature Conservation Interest and upgraded strategic cycle route.
Working with Legal and General Modular Homes, an innovative design scheme has been produced with highly sustainable homes fabricated off site. This construction method in addition to being energy efficient reduces the construction programme on site and is less disruptive than traditional forms of construction. The project forms part of the ongoing housing delivery programme being rolled out by Bristol City Council which CSJ Planning have been advising on for a number of years
