Residential Development Consented at Lower Ashley Road
CSJ Planning, on behalf of Prelon Homes, have recently secured planning permission for the redevelopment of 17-29 Lower Ashley Road, St Pauls.
The application provides for the erection of a four storey building, comprising of 31 No. residential dwellings, providing one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units of accommodation, including 20% on-site affordable housing.
Permission was granted subject to the resolution of complex issues, most noticeably air quality given the site’s proximity to the M32 and design, working alongside Angus Meek Architects.
An application to discharge pre-commencement conditions attached to the permission has since been submitted to Bristol City Council in order to deliver this valuable contribution to meeting the City’s housing need as swiftly as possible.
