CSJ Party Raises £1,500 for Charity

Approximately 150 guests celebrated CSJ Planning’s first 21 years in business at the Bristol Royal Marriott Palm Court last week. The gathering consisted of current staff and former Directors and employees. A wide range of consultant colleagues and clients both old and new also attended this landmark occasion. Original founding Director Mike Orr along with Directors Andrew Beard and Jeremy Bladon gave short speeches. Mike presented a slide show of his favourite top 10 schemes chosen from over 3500 projects tackled since founding the company in 1995. It is amazing to see how much of Bristol and the SW we have influenced over our time. A champagne raffle also raised £625 which CSJ more than doubled to a grand total of £1,500. As we deal with a lot of planning schemes delivering housing units in Portland Square, Bristol, we decided to help the ‘other end’ of the housing ladder by donating the money to the Julian Trust. The Trust has a night shelter base in nearby Little Bishop Street, St Pauls and provides: beds; hot meals; and, vital advice and links to other agencies. We would like to thank all who attended and their generosity. We look forward to many more successful years in business. juliantrust.org.uk
