Mercia Marina gain further Tourism Facilities
CSJ Planning Consultants have gained planning permission on behalf of Mercia Marina in South Derbyshire for an additional 32 holiday lodges located around a proposed new wildlife pond adjacent to the marina. This is part of the on-going development of Mercia Marina since 2008, on which CSJ Planning Consultants have advised. Mercia Marina is now the largest inland marina within the country and has successfully created a bio-diverse environment, whilst welcoming hundreds of thousands of visitors and creating over 100 jobs.
