Consent granted for change of use in Weston-super-Mare
CSJ Planning have secured consent for the change of use of the former Kew Gardens Nursing Home from C2 (Nursing Home) to C3 (dwelling houses) to provide 14 No. private dwellings in Weston super-Mare. The care home comprises of 30 No. bedrooms and as such will require internal works to configure the new layout. In addition, the overgrown and unmanaged garden/landscape will be brought back to a high standard and maintained thereafter by a newly formed management company.
